Expressing our admiration for someone is something that doesn’t always come naturally to may of us and may be something that needs to be learned. Leanne & Fitness Tips Say:
Verbal Compliment
When giving a verbal compliment, it is important that it is sincere, honest, and comes from a heartfelt place. It could be as simple as letting someone know that they have done a good job in the workplace or that their hair looks lovely. Offering a deeper compliment, say, letting them know what an impact they have made to your life is even more meaningful.
Send a Card or Note
Handwritten cards or notes are a thing of the past now that we have social media and emails etc. Handwriting a letter or note is so much more heartfelt than a text message. Choosing a card that suits the person it is intended for and writing how you feel about them is a great way to compliment and make someone’s day!
